The new equipment startup support services vary depending on the type of equipment and type of service contracted.
Equipment covered:
- HPE Servers - ML (Tower) / DL (Rack) / BL (Blade) / SL (Modular) / Racks
- HPE Storage - StoreEasy / MSA HPE / 3PAR HPE
- Storage Synology – J Series / Value & Plus Series / FS & SX Series
- HPE data protection - Tape Drive / Tape Autoloader / MSL / StoreOnce
Generally includes:
- Transport;
- Verification of equipment;
- Unpacking of the material;
- Physical installation of the equipment at the client’s premises;
- Connection and passage of power, KVM, fiber and network cables;
- Firmware update;
- Base operating system installation (supplied by the client);
- Configuration of network parameters;
- Base installation report;
- Waste management (storage and collection of packaging material).
